4. You must ship returned or exchanged items using a tracked shipping service. We cannot process returns or exchanges without tracking information.
5. Any complimentary promotional gifts must be returned together with your items. If missing, the retail value of the gift will be subtracted from your refund.
Note: Do NOT send returns to the shipping address printed on your package. This is not our return address and will delay the processing of your refund or exchange.
